Default 3" and 4" lift Ride Quality

I am currently looking at buying the 3 inch Black Diamond lift. Anyone that has put this lift on or the 4 inch superlifts, how is the ride quality (better, worse, or same as stock ride)? Also folks with teraflex, full traction, etc., how is your ride also. The main reason I am looking at the black diamonds and superlifts is the price along with front track bar, and cam bolt assembly included in price. However just because all that stuff is included, it does not necessarily mean it rides better. Opinions?

thanks

I have the 4" superlift, and I can tell you the ride is pretty good, you will feel the bumps, but that is mostly due to the shocks, still waiting on the aftermarket shocks to catch up...

Are you running the SuperRide shocks? What is the tread width measurement on your Iroks? Did you have to trim anything besides the air damn? I have the 4" SuperLift with the Bilstein SS shocks sitting at my house waiting for my Jeep to arrive. I'm trying to decide between the Irok and the Toyo Muds.

No, I have the standard shocks with mine, waiting on OME
The Iroks are 37x12.50-17, actual tread width according to Interco is 10.5"

Default I think ride is much better

I ran the skyjacker 4" with nitro shocks and 35's. It is a lot better than stock. I did it before the car had 100 miles on it so the stock was still ridged, but so is the new kit. Make sure you put the new pitman arm on no matter what any shop tells you. It will save a lot of wear down the road.

I have the teraflex 4" suspension system and 37" tires and in my opinion It is the best riding jeep I have ever owned. before the lift it rode like a car now it rides like a jeep only better. I have had a 6 1/2" lifted TJ with 35"tires, a 2" lifted XJ with 31" tires, a 2 1/2" lifted YJ with 32" tires, a 5" lifted CJ5 with 35" tires, still own a samuri with 5 1/2" lift and 33" tires and 1946 CJ2a no lift but 31" tires(to say the least that was a "ride") and this is by far the best ride out of all of them

I have the Tera 4 suspension system wich comes with everything you need to lift the JK. I was ovelry impressed by the ride quality, it rides like a lifted vehicle would but it is not harsh, I think it rides equal or better to my lifted WJ did with 4" lift and 275's. I think it dirves like a full size solid axle truck does. I have had many people remark on how well it rode. It is not even a comparrison between my 4.5 (adjsustable short arm) lifted TJ with 35's and mk JK with 37's.
