Default 36" Iroks, Xenon flares, RC 2.5" BB.....what else?

I have purchased a lightly used RC 2.5" BB that is on its way. When I bought it, my plan was to run 33" or 34" tires. No prob. But now I have found a good deal locally on a slightly used set of 5 36x13.5x17 Iroks. I want to get them. So I figure I'll throw on some Xenon narrow flares and I should be ok for clearance for the most part....I also plan on an Expedition One DX front bumper and trimming the pinch seam in the rear wheel well.

What else should I consider to make the tires fit without much rubbing? Gears, lockers, and any axle upgrades will have to wait a while....hopefully not long. But they are definitely the next thing on the list. But for my upcoming trip to Moab, I hope this first wave of mods will get me by.

Thanks for any input. I will post pics of the new goodies as they arrive and are installed.

1. Get a sharpie marker
2. Mark how much you want to cut off with the marker
3. Use a sawzall to cut unwanted metal (and foam filler) off of your JK
4. Paint the newly exposed metal to avoid rusting.

Sorry it this sounds like a smart-assed response, but it's just that simple. Good luck.

You can see where if he did not have as much lift, he may want to either trim more or at least fold back a portion of the pinch seam above where he trimmed.
I'm going to hi-jack this for a minute, but I want to see more pics of that Jeep with the narrow Xenons. I want some of those and would like to see some more angles with plain black flares.
