I have a Skyjacker 4" lift, and my question is... Do I have to change the brakelines to disconnect the swaybar or it will be ok with the relocation brackets?

You should be fine w/the relocation brackets supplied w/the lift.

to the ppl that have changed their brake lines... did u do it urself or take it to the shop? is it hard to do? i mean i could do it on my old 70 chevy is it gonna be much different on my jk

Its very simple to do . Just remember to bleed the breaks and lines when your done.
