Hawse License Plate Cover?

Anyone have any ideas on how to do a clip on type plate cover for a Hawse?

RocDogFab makes one. You should be able to find them using google and I think I've even seen them listed on ebay.

Thanks Hiteck.
I was thinking of some kind on expanding fastner inside the fairlead, but couldnt see a quick way to remove it....Your pic gives me an idea....

I have one of those. Just be sure to paint the metal base plate. It rusts. At first I thought it was stainless steel, but unfortuantely it isn't and they ship it unpainted.
