I believe that most any paint you put on your soft top windows would flake off when the window flexed.

Did that spray tint to one of my cj top windows, it looked like crap. Don't do it, you'll have runs and once you put it on that's it. At least back then that's what it did.

+1, I have a friend who did the same and the spray tint doesn't come out to well. I would suggest just breaking down and buying the tinted window kit.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think the OP is talking about tinting his driver/passenger windows - not his/her rear windows. I think almost everyone knows about Bestop's tinted rear window kits.

That's the same situation I'm in. I have the half-door unlimited, and I wish there was a way to tint the 4 soft windows over the doors.

Does anyone know if the new bestop soft door kits have tinted windows? I couldn't tell from their website.

Thanks!

Why would someone even THINK about spray painting the driver/passenger windows anyhow?
