Default Opinions on what lift for 33" tires?

Looks like I'm going to put 33's on my Rubi. I'm considering just a 3/4" spacer on the front, or the Full Traction 2". Which do YOU think it would look better? Are the 33's too small for a 2" lift? I'd really like to do 35's with a 2.5 BB, but I've just not seen anybody pull it off - Tire Rub, Stress on Drive Shafts etc...

I just did a 1.75" Daystar Lift with BFG 33's (285/70-17's) on my Rubicon. I used the stock wheels. I wanted a little more clearance, but that stock look. I love it, I think it looks perfect.

I will attach a picture of my Rubicon (silver) next to my buddies who's is stock (black).

He made the comment that he scrapped (high centered) at one point on the trail we were driving, but mine never did. I have approx 2.50" more clearance than he does with this set up.

I have the 2" Skyjacker BB. Looks great with my 33's.

You guys definitly have me leaning toward the FT 2". I was concerned about the tires looking too small, but both of these rigs look good.

Huskynox, where is that pic taken? Looks like it may be Ca. desert...

Saleenpowr, is the Skyjacker BB 2" if front AND in back? I know that the FT is a little less than 2" in back. Your rigs stance looks nice and level.

The Trail we were on is "Rowher Trail" just north of Los Angeles.

If you want to try out the capabilities of your Jeep, take it here. We took the Triple Diamond trail and I tell ya, I didn't think the Rubi was gonna go over a lot of spots on trail, but it did! This Jeep continues to amaze me!

My adrenaline was flowing at a few different points on this trail. The JEEP drug........adrenaline
