Default JL Unlimited Right Hand Drive HELP PLEASE

Folks

I really need your help and expert advise. I live in Australia and here we drive on the right hand side. I just purchased Jeep JK unlimited 4 doors. I am looking into 4" suspension lift (Teraflex or Rancho) and 37" tires on 18 "wheels. Unfortunately in Australia we dont have options and luxury of choice like u guys have. I have called Teraflex today and they referred to me to a local Teraflex dealer here according to him I can not buy a 4" suspension lift from US because it is left hand drive and we need right hand drive.
Does it really matter left or right.
maybe u guys can advise what 4" complete suspension can i get which allows 37" tires with 18" wheels. According to Rancho the max tire fit is 35".

Please help me here this is my first jeep and i really want it to look great and drive on road and off road.

Thanks Zak

If both front and rear track bars are reversed, the rear bracket wouldn't work. I don't know if the track bars are in fact reversed from the left hand drive models though. Do you have the Jeep yet? If so, take some pictures of the suspension so we can look at it.
