My 35's need a bit more clearance-- what would you do?
So, I finally got my new suspension set up and I am really happy with the ride. Unfortunately, on the trail, I still get some minor rubbing on the front fenders and fairly decent rubbing on the disconnected swaybar links. Currently, I'm running 3" FT coils front and rear and Procomp 8179 series wheels with 4.75" of backspacing. I do not want to replace the wheels or add wheel spacers-- I'd rather add a little extra height by way of new coils, spacers or a body lift.
So, what would you do? Replace the front 3" front coils with HD coils and add a 1" rear spacer; replace both the front and the rear with 4" coils; or do nothing with the coils and add a 1" body lift?

I'm always happy to help people spend their money...
If you are happy with the ride, do the body lift. Changing springs has a higher probability of changing your ride and if you are happy with it now, just give yourself the extra inch without jacking with the suspension.
Of course, you could always do both... then you might need to replace those small tires with some 37's...

My concern would be that any of the mods listed other than the body lift wouldn't guarantee that your suspension doesn't still compress all the way and rub in certain circumstances. I am not a big fan of body lifts, so I personally would probably go with 1" spacers front and rear, along with a different bump stop. The spacers are significantly cheaper than new springs and won't change the spring rate if you like what you have. Good luck.
