this is my buddys jk we lifted this morning, called a couple of friends and had this thing done in a coupld of hours, using the SJ 4" lift, with 35 in thornbirds on 17x9 rims, makes a good difference. looks bad to the bone the bug has bit him now onto the next mod...

when he told me he bought thronbird, i looked at like he was crazy, went for a test drive, not as noisey as the used to be, the side lugs are huge, but are soft and will likely get ripped off he hits some rocks, but should work like a champ in the mud, they have a totally differnt pattern that should work alot better than the old patter, only time will tell

Thats good then. I always loved the look of them. But I havent heard very many good things about them, (other than they look cool as hell!) I want Nitto Mud Grapplers anyway, but that setup does look nice. Y'all did a bang up job, Rock On!

I ran 31" Thornbirds and then 33" Thornbirds on my 73 bronco. They looked cool, but they were terrible offroad and wet pavement and mud and dirt roads and hwy and, well.....everything. They looked cool though.
