So I finally went and purchased a winch. The great deal on the Smittybilt XRC8 was just too much to resist. Problem is I still have the stock front bumper, so rather then do the winch mount on there, I decided a new bumper was in order. I am on a tight budget around $300-$400, so a stubby is the most likely option. I have narrowed it down to the Expedition One or the Rugged Ridge Modular bumper. It obviously needs an integrated winch plate, but also mounts for 2 lights on the bumper for my KC fogs.

Anyone have these bumpers? Experiences? Does either have light mounts or a place to add light mounts? Thanks for the help!
