Default ?? Xenon flares, RC 4" lift, 37's

I have a rubbing issue with my 4" lift and 37's, go figure. I was going to get more lift (1" body lift and 1" spacer) but if I can keep my center of gravity low and get all the clearance I need with xenon flares then I want to go that way. I have already trimmed the body in the rear but what else would I have to trim? Thanks
Here is a couple pics with the new 37's

I did some light off roading yesterday and I had some pretty hard rubbing in the front, I guess on the stock flares.

just take it a bit harder, and see what you lose.

Or you could try taking off your stock fenders and see if that eliminates the rubbing. If it does then the Xenon fenders may be what you need.

You're probably hitting that metal bracket where the front upper plastic bracing bolts to. It's not rubbing out back any? I would not worry too much about the CG with raising the body, I was worried about it too until I wheeled again the same places afterwards, technically I realized it raised the CG but practically it was fine, especially if you compensate with wheel backspacing a little. Wish I knew the actual formula to calculate horizontal wheel width stability against vertical height and weight
