Anyone have any pics of these on their JK. Is it true they only offer these in 5.0" backspacing for 16x8?

I am pretty sure all cragers 16x8 are 5 in backspacing.

i found these 16 x 10 i am sure they have 16x8s with what ever back spacing you want there are a ton of diffrent ones on there

 

i got mine from summit as well. 15x8 3.75

I think these are the wheels you're talking about (Cragar 352s). I thought I wanted these for my JK based on catalog and Internet pic's. I even edited them onto an image of my JK to see what they'd look like (below) and thought they were really my thing. Then I visited 4WheelParts to see the wheels in real life. And I decided they weren't my cup of tea. I suggest that you take a look at a real set before committing.
