Nice set-up man! My only question is that with these wranglers being made out of so much plastic, do you get a lot of rattling noises with this many speakers. I am thinking of putting in a down-firing sub with only two tens, and I am still worried about the rattle??

My subwoofer was installed this past weekend, I'll have some pics of the install soon.

I got a great deal on a low-end Sirius branded subwoofer. Here's a product page to get an idea of what it looks like: Sirius SIR-PS1 8"

It's only 8", but it's only for the stock sound system. Ended up being a good fit sound-wise, and an excellent fit for the vehicle. I have it mounted behind the smaller half of the 60/40 folding back seat; I can fold down the larger half and a third passenger can still ride while the cargo area is opened up.

I had it mounted directly to the floor with the carpet out, and had the carpet cut to fit around it. Very nice fit & finish!

Default Pics of powered sub

Finally got around to taking some pictures of the subwoofer install. Been driving with it for about a month now, and I must say I'm very happy. Found it on woot.com for $50, and it cost $50 to get professionally installed.

In a few years I'll be upgrading the sound system altogether, but in the meantime this smallish sub adds some nice bass without taking up much room at all. Fitting behind the smaller 1/2 of the folding back seat is awesome-- someone can ride in back while opening up the majority of the cargo area for packing!

If you're interested in this sub, keep your eyes on woot.com-- they will probably offer it again in the next month or so.
