Default Diff Covers... Is Solid Good?

Hi everyone,

Waiting for my JK, I'm contemplating some diff covers. Both Rubi front & back Dana-44s are the same, correct?

I was thinking of going with Solid. Is there a better choice, or are they pretty much all the same?

Thanks!
js.

1). ARB pg. 197 of the 2007 Quadratec Spring Catalog. They are orangish red ($160 for the Dana 45s).

2). Crane also makes some high clearance covers. page 196. They are neon green ($196 for the Dana 45s).

It doesnt matter if you have an X, sahara or a rubicon, you need diff protection if your playing on the rocks, front and rear..

I know the guys that work at Solid axle, they are a good bunch of guys that build quality products, I would'nt hesitate to drop the cash on them.

IMHO the front is alot more important than the rear but I would do both very cheap insurance.

Here is a link

And here for the rockcrushers that we have left, Once these are gone they are gone.
