A 4.5" lift on 37s is certainly what I would like to do, but I can't afford it and need to clear the parking garages. 2.5" lift on 35s is more realistic for me even though my vote went to the 4.5". For those of you who are planning to get 4.5" or taller I'd check out the lift Shaffer's is planning to market. It uses 2" solid aluminium links with heavy duty rebuildable/adjustable RE joints.

2.5 TF BB with 33's for me.
(I'm ordering the lift w/in the next couple of days)

Some say 32's or 33's look small, but I respectfully disagree. I want the 2.5 so I can fully flex with zero rubbing.

2.5 BB with 35's.

If there are any rubbing issues etc. I'll drop it to 34's. We'll see how it works out.

This is the little ladies DD so it still has to fit in the garage and allow her (5'4") to get in and out.

Cool. Ya I kind of figured most people would want to run 35s, and some 37s. I think the 2drs look sweet on 35s, but I think the 4drs need 37s to get that right size truck look. I think Jeep did a sweet job with the design allowing less lift to clear good size tires. I'm in CT, and its snowing like hell. Im so ready for summer, top down, doors off and go cruising.

On a side note, who's going to the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab Utah. I can't wait. Should be a great time, and I think the new JKs with longer WD and lower CGs will do awesome out there.

See U around, thanks for the info.

I will have 4" lift w/ 35" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. Will be arriving in Moab on Sunday 4/1. Will be there the whole week. Driving from Phx, so about an 8 hr drive.

8 hrs, not fair. 500 miles, not fair. Our ride sucks, but its worth it once we get there. The ride back is the worst. Wheelings over, bills are adding up, and its back to work. Oh well.

We are planning on running Pritchet canyon on Monday before everyone starts getting there, and the trails turn into parking lots. I like that trail a lot, but not when it turns into a parking lot.

Im just itching to take the top down. I have 2900 miles on her, and top has not been off yet. If the weather is nice in Colorodo, I might unload the JK, and drop the top and cruise from there. The e550 with a 2 car trailer isn't going to have fun over the Eisenhower pass.

Should be neat seeing so many new JKs lifted and running around Moab. Haven't seen any lifted in CT yet.
