Hello all. New to forum so bare with me. Been doing a ton of research WRT what lift to get for my JK X 2dr S package Hard top. I want a true 3" lift to run 35's. Don't want to do any major drive line work, and want to keep as inexpensive as possible (Wife will be primary driver she is 5'2"). So where I am is this:

Full Traction 3" budget lift w/shocks
or
Black Diamond 3" Lift Kit with Shocks

Been hearing nothing but good things about the Full traction but it does not come with a front Trac bar replacement (just the relocating Bracket) and need to purchase shocks. Where the Black Diamond has the replacement Track Bar (albeit is not adjustable) and shocks. About $40.00 difference (Black Diamond less expensive).

Any one have Ideas as to which is a better lift Pros Cons (experienes etc)?

Actually the Black Diamond front track bar IS adjustable. It has a heim joint on one end that screws in and out for adjustment. And the Black Diamond kit is only $574 including shipping.

EDIT, never mind about that price, looks like it's gone up $125 since I bought it. :sad:

 

Actually if you dig around you can find it for under $500. I just bought it for $468+shipping

 

That sounds like the price of the Black Diamond kit without the shocks. I just found it for $602.99 including the shocks and including shipping. If you found it for $468 + shipping, can you PM me the link please? I have someone else interested in one. Thanks!

 

Yeah, that was the kit without shocks. The listing on 4wd.com is misleading...unless you read the fine print, it clearly shows shocks in the list of components at the bottom of the page.
