2" lift kit for JK 2 door
I'm planning to get a 2" lift kit for my JK (with 33" tires). After some research, it seems like the only 2" kit that comes with new coil springs is Rusty's. Other brand only uses spacers. Is there any disadvantages of spacer vs. an actual 2" lift springs?
I heard some sagging issues with rusty, and hesitant to go ahead with it.
Any insight would be appreciated
thanks

you can fit 33's stock, If your wheeling, a budget boost would be a good idea to help out with flexing. Theres probley not a need for new coils with only 2" of lift,
whats the price difference?
I dont know enough about rustys to comment on the lifts issues

Thanks..... I was looking at the rubicon express kit with monotube shocks, and they're pretty pricey....i thought it would be good idea to get a new shock when i do 2" lift...since the stock shock is not designed for a lifted jeep (correct me if i'm wrong)
I just wanted to make sure that using spacer will not compromise the suspension reliability (like having the spacer cracked or popping out)

Also, while i'm at it, after the lift, i really want to get all the setting (alignment, etc) back to factory spec. Do I also need to get front and rear adjustable track bar, and adjustable control arm (front & rear / lower and upper) ?
I know that if you have 4" lift, you need these, but with 2" lift, do I need these to get everything back to factory spec?
Thanks for the help

I asked a similar question a while back. Take a look at this thread: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...ght=non-spacer
Thanks for that link. I was originally planning on going rusty's route, but read a couple "Sagging" complaint from TJ owners...
Also, i still need to know if need to get the adjustable track bar and control arms for 2" lift. I would rather not, since they're kindda pricey, but if that's what it takes to get it back to factory spec, i'll do it.
Just want to do things right from the beginning

I got the 2" full Traction, it's a very hard neoprean. It can crack, but I don't think it will in this application. We use it in our stamping die's it's pretty tough....36 strokes per minute in a 300 ton press for hours at a time and it holds up pretty well......I'm not worried
