Default 2.5" BB w/ 1" spacer??

I just installed my teraflex BB and the front is almost an inch lower than the rear. I want to just throw a pair of 3" springs up front, but a 1" spacer is tempting bc it is so cheap. What problems would I run into with stacking spacers like this?

I am interested in this topic as well. I have a BB and am looking to pick up and extra inch after a front bumper install.

This is why I went with the Rubicon Express BB. The front spacer is 2-1/2" and the rear spacer is 1-3/4" which gets rid of some of the rake and will help keep the rake from being so noticable if I ever get a new bumper/winch. But on to your question. The RE instructions say to stack the new and original pucks for the front and rear. So far I haven't had any issues. Here's a look at the spacers and also my jeep after the install.

stacking spacers is not as safe as it sounds. i would just wait it out and buy the 3" springs. you will thank yourself in the end

You may want to consider the effect it would have on the shocks. If you got the new teraflex shocks with your BB then it may not be an issue. But if you got the extension brackets, then you will be 1" closer to topping out your shocks on curves or flexing off road. I didn't replace my shocks until a few weeks after I put on the spacers. Whenever I went around a sharp curve or over a speed bump, I could hear a bump as my shocks topped out. You could probably use a 3/4" spacer and not have any issues.
