Default Front Driveshaft Yoke Removal HELP!

I am replacing my front drive shaft on an 08 4dr Rubicon. I have the stock one off, but I can not get the 1 1/8" bolt that holds the front yoke off. I have tried a breaker bar and cheater bar, but it is not budging at all. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove this nut?

Also, how do you remove the rear transfer case yoke nut when it keeps rotating? Is there a trick to this?

THANKS!!

The way I've done it for past jeeps is to make a long handle (about 2-3 feet) that can be screwed or somehow mounted to the flange to give a counter lever to the socket wrench. It may be a little extra work, but will make life easy for all the flanges. Good luck!

Ok, I consider myself pretty strong (benchpress 300+ lbs), but I can not get it to budge! I have even positioned a floor jack under the breaker bar and tried to break it free like this, but it did not budge!

Are these nuts the opposite of righty tighty, lefty loosey?

Any help would be great!

If you have access to an impact gun (electric or air powered) that would make the job a lot easier...It is the standard " right-tighty, lefty-loosey"...Best of luck...

If you don't have acces to an impact wrench, go to home depot and get a 4" water pipe (the metal ones), slide the breaker bar in and you'll have tons of torque at your hands.
