Default 33x12.5 Tire and no lift

I'm going to be running a 33x12.5R16 on 4.5" backspacing with no lift until I can afford it. I was wondering who all is running this setup and what clearance issues do you have? I know it would rub like crazy with the stock wheels, but I was hoping no major issues with 4.5" backspacing. Anyone got any pics either?

Does your jk have "the rake" if not light rubbing will occur up front when you're disconnected

and if you do have "the rake" their will b mor rubbing but if the tire does not have an aggressive tread you'll b ok

disco'd you will rub, on the street you should be fine. Im running 33x12.5 with 4" BS and Flat flares, no lift.. I dont rub at all even disco'd..

I know someone on here thats runs pretty much your setup and his back tires rip off his flares when hes off the road.

33x12.5 mounted on 17 inch rims......does great on the pavement but slight rubbing when disco and crawling but overall does pretty good for an almost stocker set up.....saving up for a 2.5 BB or 3 inch with springs and such just need a few more paychecks

I currently run 305/70/16 (33x12.50) BFG AT's on 16x10 ProComp rims with 4.5" backspacing. On the street I have no issues, but off road, as stated above, the tires like to push off my rear fender flares. As discussed in another post, some options to prevent that might be a small BB or BL. I am hoping to go with Xenon flares as they will provide the extra clearance I need and the extra coverage needed by this tire and wheel combo. You will find that the tires extend beyond the stock flares about an inch.

Good luck.
