Default Lift = What tire size?

All,
About to buy my lift Black Daimond 3" Suspension Lift Kit for the 2007 Jeep JK 2-Door, thinking it will fit 35 12.5R 16s with proper back spacing? Is this true or not? the Suspension system states it will only fit 33"s. I have read many times in this forum that 35's will fit. Whats the deal.
Any thrown bone will be appreciated before I drop a chunk of change on somthing that doesn't fit my bill.

This will be going on my X model JK 2 dr.

Thanks
Mike

35s will fit with 4.5 or less backspacing. There are a couple of people with the black diamond lift on 35s already and have not spoken about any issues. You should be peachy.
