Default Aftermarket Front Driveshaft Hits Shifter Mount

I splurged and bought Coast Driveline axles for my 08 4Dr Rubi...it has a 2" Rubicon Exp lift. The axles fixed my driveline angle-related problems, but the rear yoke of the front driveshaft now rubs on the bracket that holds the (auto) shifter cable under braking and articulation. Anyone else had this problem? As I see it, I can either grind off a bit of the bracket, or go to a 3" lift. Would rather grind the bracket to safe the $$ of course...
