Fog Light mounting parts?

Looks like I might win an Ebay for some fogs. Only thing is the lights are in mint cond, but missing the mounting hardware. Anyone got and ideas on how to mount them to some Mopar windshield brackets?

What parts are missing? You'd be amazed at what you can find at your local hardware store.

The "U" shaped piece is the one I am concerned about, that you slide the light into then put a bolt through
