ok i am thinking about going to a 15 inch rim from a 17 and i need some feed back if you have done this what is the backspacing you went with and what size tire did you go with and is there any rubbing or any kind of problem thanks for you input

 

theres a ton of threads on the whole 15" rim controversy, but moral of the story is: some fit, some dont. you have to try it. i have a set of cragar soft 8's w/ 4.5" B.S. that just barely rubbed the calipers, but with a set of $12 1/4" spacer it was smooth sailing. others have put the same rims on without issue.
