What is the BEST lift for 37's and mostly daily driving???!!
Hello everyone I just upgraded my 2003 Rubicon to my 2008 Unlimited Rubicon automatic. I love the look of the 37's on the unlimited. What is the best lift for mostly daily driving to keep the ride and power as close to stock as possible. Is the long-arm worth it? I know on the Tj's it was well worth the extra money. Thanks everyone for all of your help.
Long arms aren't really woth it on the JK compared to the TJ. They do ride slightly nicer, but it isn't going to be a night and day differene (which is what I would want for the extra couple grand). In my opinion I would get a high quality short arm system like the Clayton, or what I am planning on is the Nth with Clayton arms.

for guys like me, my JK is both my daily driver AND my trail rig so the tires i run on the trail is what i have to run on pavement. needless to say, it is very important for me to have a suspension setup that is excellent both on and off the trail.
if you run chromoly axles and take it easy on the gas, your d30 will be able to run the 37's. i am doing it now on my TJ.

That makes sense. I guess I'm just spoiled with a 3/4 mile compute to work. When it is warm enough and no snow on the ground I just ride my bike. Heck, I even go home for lunch! The only time I really drive my JK is on the trail or when we go on a trip down to Denver.
This is exactly my reasoning. I want to do it right the first time, so I can have an excellent commute to work during the week and still have my fun on the weekends.
