Default Teraflex Fuel Tank Skid

Hey All,

Does this product exist? My fuel tank skid took a beating at the Maine Jamboree this weekend, and I saw an ad for this skid in a 2007 Teraflex brochure.

Does that mean the Rock Hard is the only fuel tank skid for the JK?

I don't know about the teraflex skid but I have the Rockhard fuel tank skid on my garage floor waiting for me to install it. It looks like it will take a beating. I need to remove the stock skid and beat out some of the dents before I put the the new one on.

I don't see the TeraFlex fuel tank skid on their web site, but that doesn't mean they won't have one out in the future or just haven't updated their site.
Right now there twp choices:

1. http://www.rockhard4x4parts.com/jk-skids.html

2. gotreks.com/page.asp?pageid=87

I think Kilby was working on one, but not sure if they are ready.

Kilby says it is "still in development" and has for awhile.

I guess Teraflex is not going to come out with it as it was a 2007 brochure. If it is not out by now, I guess it won't be. Too bad, I'd like to replace the factory skid, not augment it.

THe Rockhard fuel skids definitely seem tough enough to take some damage. Better than stock anyways.

did Google it - not a lot to choose from. Many hits come up, but the product does not exist. Looks like RH or Treks are the only games in town.
