Default ???Problems with Rugged Ridge (Omix-ADA) Mirror Relocation Brackets PN: 11025.04???

Has anyone had any problems with these? They have apparently been out of stock for like 9 months everywhere, and I've been trying to get my hands on them, and now this guy is telling me that there might have been a problem with them because they were out of stock for so long.

Anyone have any input or experience with these? Thanks in advance.

The only problem I've heard about is that you can't see as well from the passenger mirror when the doors are on.

Yeah, I've heard about that one as well. I think the guy was just saying that there might be problems because he doesn't have any in stock. Quadratec and ebay vendors both have them.

If you want to see out of your passenger mirror....at all in my opinion, doors on or off, don't get them. Otherwise they're okay.

Ordered mine from 4wd.com a few weeks ago, received within a few days. Only issue I've heard is when folks are installing them on 08 models the screws are fitting correctly.

I do agree that the passenger mirror is useless while the doors are on.

I've heard of this issue as well, I was planning on coming up with some kind of fix for it somehow. Maybe I should just make my own brackets to start with.

YA I heard the screw didnt match up but apparently that got sorted out.
And ya you cant see out of your passenger mirror. I just run the driver side one. No one even notices unless I point it out.

Default They work...

I have had these for a while, over a year. A simple fix for the limited visibility is to adjust them properly and use a stick on convex mirror from Wally World. You can see about half the mirror with full doors on and I am not sure how the visibility is with half door uppers on. The brackets are vibration free and they are good for the money plus there is a plate to cover the holes on the door. There hasn't been a really good solution to the problem.

Then it looks all ghetto. For me, I want my mods to look like they came that way from the factory. It's my first new car ever, and I want it to look as nice as possible for as long as possible.
