Default Please suggest tires for me to go with 18 x 9.5

Hi, I have picked the following wheel for my JK 2dr...

American Racing ATX Series (Series 3981) with Teflon (Black color)
Size: 18x9.5
Backspacing: 4 1/2

What tires would you recommend if I use it 95% on highway/rormal road?

They must be no more than 33" in height, and align with the flares. Will a 285/65/R18 ok?

Thanks.

That sounds like a pretty big and wide rim. To look good I think you would have to have at least a 37" tire.

Thanks redx08.

So it should stay under or equal to 33" in height?

Also I am not planning to do body/space lift, do you think it's ok?

Wow, you meant it's too wide? but it should just align with the stock flare?

I must get the lower profile tires since I am driving mostly urban area.

33s will fit nicely even if you dont change the stock ride height. Go with any tire on the bfg line. Rubber is harder and will wear much slower with that much road driving
