Default gettin ready for winter

Well, I put the snow tires on today and put the tire cover on the spare. I still like the look of chrome.

Procomp chrome wheels with 37" KM2s weighed 92 lbs.
Procomp STEEL wheels with studded/sipped 37" Hancooks weighed 122 lbs.

I bet my mileage really drops.
I was getting 18-20 mpg on the hwy before and 16-18 mpg in town.

The wrinkles should come out in a few days.

The 4 winter wheels and tires were $1200.
The summer wheels and tires were 3 TIMES as much, I had to order 5 though.

Im broke now, but I always get over time at work in the winter. In fact Im getting some OT tomorrow. It doesnt bother me to work OT when it gets to go into the JEEP. I have a super cool wife.

KNTR,

The look of your rig is what I'm working towards less the 37's. I can't go that big as my family is already saying it's tall enough stock! 35's and a BB spring lift for me!!!

But I will say that chrome by far is the best look. Tied in with that front bumper and lighting....

My winter mod is going to be beating the hell out of the stock wheels

Nice setup!

Both winter and summer! Those winter tires look ready for anything.

with 37s! that is awesome. Your jeep is one of my favorites, and I would love results like that. I only have 33s with a BB and 3.73 but I'm saving away!! I'm one of the few JKers that loves those chrome wheels and also cares about MPGs!
