Default 37's and 4" lift will fit!

For those out there who say that 37's won't fit on a 4" lift stuff this! This is full flex, the tires don't hit the fenders or the rear pinch weld. Just for clarification sake, this is the Tera 4" with the adjustable arms. Plenty more pict's from Moab, but I will post them on the Show and Tell Forum, and thanks to Trent from PureJeep for spotting it up!

I think they fit is because they limit upward travel with a larger bumpstop. If you had a factory bump stop they would rub all over the place. I wonder how much bumstop height varies from lift to lift?

Nice flex shot though!

How do you feel about 37's on the D30 up front?

I agree the bumpstop is limiting upward travel, but that is what it was inteded to do, that is where leverage and the solid axle come into play, I could put in the factory bump stop, but what would that gain me, I want the bump stop to hit. Every suspension system has some form of limiting factor built in. I am just trying to address the issue that several have raised about 37's fitting a 4" lift, since that is what most vendors are advertising, so as advertised this fits 37's using the manufactures specifications as to backspacing! As far as the D30 and 37's it scares the hell out of me, that is why I am being verry careful until I can remedy the situation. The 30 once with alloy shafts and a stronger carrier (locker) should give me the peace of mind I need, my theory is run it until it doesnt work and then look for ways to make it better. I know that Off Road Evolution had a JK at Safari with alloy shafts in the 30 and I would love to hear there take on the 30 alloys and 37's.

Erock,

Are those Evan Walker wheels? And is it possible to post another pic of your tight rig? Maybe some type of profile shot?
Thanks in advance~
