My JK is the X, it's completely stock, not a Sahara. It doesn't have rock sliders
The sway bars are easy to disconnect, there is a bolt on the front of each side and a nut on the back of each side, takes about 15 mins to remove... night and day, in fact don't go rock crawling without taking it off or you won't make it....also had my tires deflated to 17psi so not to puncture...

im going to assume after climbing under mine the sway bars are those short bars about 8" long on each side you just remove those and your good to go :confused: i would like to see a pic of the automatic disconnects. oh are they easy to re-attach
The sway bar stays on but the tie rods coming off it are where you disconnect it and then tie them up so they are out of the way and don't swing freely. I'll post a pic when i can. They are easier to take off but not that much harder to re-connect.
