Default Soo many options, help design my rig!

Hey everyone!

So with soo many after-market parts for Jeep out there and this being
my first Jeep i cant decide what to do next to my Jeep
I have taken care of the mini-van tires and am now sitting on 33"
mudders and I have a 2" bb i will be installing later this week.

Im going to be saving up for the big things like a new bumper/winch separately
but in the next few weeks i will have 300 bucks to spare on more Jeep
parts! Right now i keep looking at windshield auxiliary lights but i know there
is soo much out there i thought i would ask for everyones opinion

Before you ask, yes i do use it off-road a good amount so ideas for parts are not just for show. There is a pic of me Jeep as it is now below

Congrats on the new rig.

Beyond the basics of safety equipment and recovery gear, a good first purchase that improves your off-roadability is a set of Swaybar Quick disconnects.
Without lockers, you need all the flex you can get to keep moving forward.

I used to think that u needed quick discos, but it is so easy to undo the lower one rotate the link up and tie to the frame that I can't justify spending the extra $$$. Plus I see a lot of people who have to use rubber mallets and such discoing and reconnecting their swaybars. Sometimes it takes them longer than me. Either way it is not hard and only takes about 3-4 minutes.

Default OH...the possibilities!!!!!!!

Ok...$300 to spend will get you the following:

a set of diff covers and diff fluid. Riddlers or Solids can be had for about 100 ea. + the fluid; you could even get the lube lockers...

or

A set of KC slimlights for the windshield and KC mounts...check ebay I got both sets of my KC's for $100 or less (the last set I bought for $75 brand new, the box was damaged)...the mounts are something like $40 if I'm not mistaken. You could spend the rest on recovery gear like a snatch strap, tree saver, high lift jack....

or

save your $$$ and wait 'til you have another $124 so you can get a set of bare steel Shrockworks sliders...you could spray them with dupicolor bedliner for $8/ can.

Hmm $300...

If I were you, I'd get some boots, a belt and a new hat.

Just kidding. I crack myself up sometimes.

I really would. I don't hate anybody, but I make fun of people who wear flip flops. Are you in college? You look like it. Don't listen to that b.s. just make the grade and get your paper that says you are smart. Like I said, not hating on your meterosexual look, me and my best friend Maverick partake in the look too sometimes.

but serioulsy after getting at least the boots and the belt, how about recovery equipment? Do you have any? get a good jerk strap, not tow strap, that does not have any metal on it. Also, pick up some cheap used tow hooks off of the forum, they are much nicer than digging under the mud to wrap the strap around the diff being careful not to entangle brake lines, hoses, etc. Then might I suggest picking up chicagos greatest hits album, the one that has 1982-1989 hits on it? Best wheeling music ever! It's what me and maverick jam to.
