Default Stock Exhaust pipe dent

Hi All, i looked under my jeep today, and noticed that there is a bent on the stock exhaust pipe (leading to the muffler, the loop that goes over the rear axle). I was wondering if this is the design from factory, or somebody messed things up... i mean, with this dent, i'm guessing the exhaust flow will be restricted. Here are some pics....please enlighten me

Just so it's not confusing, the dent there is actually facing down (that's the best angle i can get my camera in). If this is factory defect, i'll go to my dealer and have them fix this ...i'm sure this kinds of things is under warranty...

so far, no mod related to the exhaust pipe or muffler

Yup everyone's got a dent from the factory! I thought I did that the first time I went off road.
