Yuck. Did you try trying to get the tires to bit the side of the pit? It might get you just enough traction to get out.

yes, didn't help, got stuck once, then tried hitting in in 3rd gear 4low, got stuck a second time, just too damn deep! krawlers with 6psi go decent but could've used boggers
