If any of you have aftermarket handles for the AT shifter please post pics!
I can imagine that the metal ones from real get nice and hot during the summer and cold during the winter so those of you with aftermarket handles please post your opinions.

I'm not aware of any, but it would be cool if there were some choices.

 

The only ones I'm aware of specifically are by "Real Wheels" They're Billet and either come in Black or Chrome. I'd like to see something a bit nicer come along.

I agree -- wish they were nicer...i.e like a n old Hurst Handle..

 

Yea, I really wish it wasn't aluminum. That will only get hot during summer and cold during winter. And I'm talking extreme temps. You'll need a towel to hold it when you get in and try to shift.

 

I have seen this deal from gennie shifter but I haven't figured out exactly how it works or what is required to get this to all fit together right.

Only bad thing about it is that it is a form of metal. AKA will burn the hell out of your hand in the summer. And way to cold to touch in winter.
I'd like to find something that is leather or plastic wrapped around the metal. Like what is on the Jeep JK Ultimate. DC put a very nice shifter in that JK. Weird color, but great looking materials.

 

The thing he linked to is just an adaptor to put a threaded knob onto.

 

They're the best looking ones I've seen yet, but at $180.00 a set , I'll wait a while to see if anything else comes along.
