anyone have the hanson sliders??
Kevin @ 4ws hsa the hansen's on his and I really liked them. However, I ended up going with the shrocks and they held up quite well this weekend. I do with I had a little more armor on the body (like the pure jeeps), but if you really want to pivot off of the sliders it is pretty tough to beat the frame mounted ones such as shrocks or LOD's.
That said, if I had 37's, I may not have needed to use the sliders to pivot.

Just giving a Bump for some Hanson Slider photo's on a Unlimited. I have searched the web and only found a couple photo's.
One was Hanson's web-site photo, and the other was a set of Hanson's painted silver to match the Jeep....

The Hanson sliders work great. I have slid and pivoted my jeep on them many times. I have a certain local trail that has an area that I haven't been able to make yet that requires trying to slide on my rockers but I lose traction before I make it. They are formed 3/16" steel. We are changing them to mount like the Pure Jeep Rockers as that mounting system is superior. By being body mounted we have more clearance than most frame mounted rockers. We have been using a very similar style on TJ/YJ/CJ's for years w/no problems.
