I don't know what Death Roll is...do you mean Death Wobble?

If you got the 4.5" Rubicon Express lift, then your lift should be complete. Last time I looked (which was a week ago), that kit came with shocks, springs, 8 control arms, front track bar, rear trackbar drop bracket, extended sway bar links and extended brake lines. Your rig should be set up perfect.

As for death wobble, that is when the caster on the front axle is not set properly and the wheels shimmy (for lack of a better word). If you have that, then your front control arms are not set properly. Remember also that when you put on larger more agressive tires, you will feel slight vibrations at very low speeds. That is simply coming from the tires, and it is normal. The death wobble is unmistakable. You will know if you have it because you almost loose control of the vehicle.

No, you do not need sway bars. Your Jeep already has them. You simply need longer sway bar links, which should have come with the 4.5" RE lift you got.

If you are asking if you need swaybar disconnects for the front links? I would say if you plan on being off road they would make a great addition to your lift. You will get a lot more flex and will be able to keep the front tires on the ground. Links that are made to do this are much more convenent than having to get a wrench under there every time and remove a bolt and nut.

Death wobble is not from caster problems. The real death wobble, where you're totally scared out of your skull and almost certain you're going to die, is apparently from broken track bar mounts. Reinforcing the drop bracket solves the problem.
