Default Little mod...MOMO shift knob...
Got my new shift knob today from Ebay!!! $35 (retail $85) shipped for a MOMO F16 Leather/Aluminum shift knob in Yellow/Black. It feels great and popped right on. It took a grand total of about 2 minutes to put it on with the included allen wrench. It fit the shifter shaft tightly but perfect.

It fits the hand so comfortably!!!

Thanks guys, I tend to rest my right hand on the shift knob, and this new one is so much more comfortable.
