Default RK truss or Burnsville inner axle liner

RockKrawler front axle truss or Burnsville front axle liner?

I won't be doing the install. Probably Flatlanders.

Good question

While the burnsville sleeves the housing to increase strength the gussets are limited in coverage. Rock krawler has a larger footprint w/ its truss but doesnt increase the housing strength.

My guess is we have to wait for the engineers to chime in on whether apples or oranges are better.

Im curious.

You could do them both. The truss will help to keep the tube in line with the center section, and the liners will help make the tubes stronger in all directions. Trusses tend to only add strength in one linear direction, and it is usually upward movement for jumping, etc...

I hear the liners are pretty inexpensive, so I say do both, too.
