Question Drop pitman arms???

Who makes drop pitman arms for the JK?????

What are the drop measurements for them.

I think this is my best option because I don't want to add a bracket to the frame or the axle. AND I only need to drop the drag link about 1 or 1.5 inches.

thanks for any info !

I just ordered one from Northridge4x4 today. I think it was a Full Traction. Anyway, give David a call.

actually, pretty much all the dropped pitman arms are made by the same manufacturer and are resold through various other suspension companies as their own - they are like a commodity. anyway, you can't really go wrong with whatever you get

x2. I have always heard that about all of them. Tj YJ CJ. just one or two people making them and tons selling them. But I could be wrong. I read that and realized it sounded like I said all of them all the same for all the jeeps. I mean that over the years all the jeeps have only had like one or 2 companies making them and some other hard parts.

by itself, really screw up the handling of you jeep. along with a track bar relocation bracket, it will restore your steering geometry back to a flatter stock configuration and this will help make your jeep handle better.

Along with a drop pitman arm you will also need a track bar drop bracket. This will help keep the steering geometry in line and prevent steering issues like bump steer.

It seems, you use the drop pitman with a trac bar bracket...so if i have an adjustable front track bar, would this eliminate the need for a drop pitman?
