Finally got Temporarily Stuck
Hi! Guys / Gals. Today was a great day! After 2 winters of trying...I finally got SARA "temporarily" stuck in snow. It took 25" (top edge of the wheels) over a base layer of glare / hardened ice to stop her. The solution wasn't as dramatic...took the shovel and cleared the snow from the front and rear tires, put the tire chains on (with the chain tighteners) and drove out without any further problems. Wasn't even able to get her to spin for the rest of the trail ride. (I don't believe I would have enjoyed it so much if she decided to get stuck with the chains on..Ha, Ha!) I know she's not tolerent of mud as I've been hung-up a time or two in that but she loves the snow! I know this isn't "rock-crawler damatic" but it sure was fun (re; learning experience) for me! I had a super-great time with her! Take care... Mike

(Some friends said the snow bank that got me stuck didn't count??) Oh well... heck of a lot of fun anyway! Mike
