4dr springs to 2dr...how much lift did yours get?

Default 4dr springs to 2dr...how much lift did yours get?

I did this switch and it did raise it some..but i didn't measure before I started. I was just curious how much lift it gave some of you...

From what I understand it makes a big difference what package you have on the 2 Jeeps. For example 4dr w/hardtop springs will give a 2dr w/o hardtop more lift than it would a 2 dr w/ hardtop. 4dr w/o hardtop springs would give less lift to 2dr w/hardtop.

I have a 2dr X w/soft top and the springs came from 4dr hardtop with HD springs.

so if i install 4dr springs and a 2.5" BB would i be able to fit 35s?
that would be ~3.5" of susp. lift would it not?

Pretty much....I had put on a 2" bb, but with the sprins it looks more like I have at LEAST 3"

sweet looking rig!
do you rub at stuff at all. i wat 35s but can't afford to get flat fenders so i was going to settle for 33s. don't want to settle!

Just make sure you put in the added bump stops and you will rub hardly at all. I left mine just the stock ones and rub ALL OVER.

not what i wanted to here but thanks!
i don't want to rub so i think i'll still stick with 33s
the way i see it the saved money can go twards other things untill i can afford, 35s or need new tires.
