It's not that I don't trust idiot lights, it's just that the oil pressure light is normally calibrated by the manufacturer to illuminate at about the same time your motor blows up. So.............anybody out there installed an aftermarket oil pressure gauge yet? If so, which one did you use? Mechanical or electrical? How/where did you mount it?

I'm going to do this myself soon but if someone has already done it, there's no need of my reinventing the wheel.

Me too..! for when I poke a hole in the oil pan and it all leaks out..!! no oil zero pressure..:<)
