Spotted the new Ford Raptor in the pits . Also Fabtech JK . BJ Baldwin was in the pits next to us with a blown shock on the first lap he said he had to drive under 3000 rpms to keep the header temp down so it wouldn't ignite the shock oil . After the first lap it started raining and didn't quit until Sunday morning. The track was like ice with the wet silt on top of the hard pack dirt.

Is Raptor code for ugly F150-Ranger hybrid? oh and the Huge FORD on the front is even worse

Pretty cool looking truck, I wouldnt go with orange and the grill and stickers are ugly as hell!!!

The Jeep is bad ass though

The Raptor is ugly but one ride would make you forget what it looks like with the fox designed suspension . And the Raptor R with 429 Boss wow a factory race truck.

They ran a pretty much stock Raptor in the Baja 1000 and came in 2nd or 3rd IIRC. Not too many vehicles that you can take out stock and run through the desert at high speeds without worrying.
