what is the major handleing issue between a 33/12.5/15 and a 33/10.5/15. i like the look of the tire tucked in the wheel well.

Really is going to depend on the width of the wheel you put them on. If you run a 12.50 on an 8" wheel, to get a decent tread footprint, you'll have to run a lower then optimal air pressure. They will also bulge considerably over that size wheel, which will cause them to ride on the tread centers and cause premature wear.
