TF
The 2.5” lift kit is an ultra simple lift kit designed for the serious no-frills four wheeling reminiscent of the old days. Build up the legend and go for a drive!

The 2.5” of lift is the perfect amount to allow you to run a 35” tire, and give the maximum wheel travel and articulation. Perfect for all daily driven Wranglers.

**THIS PART IS OUT OF STOCK UNTIL END OF APRIL 2009***

This kit includes TeraFlex VSS 9550 shock absorbers to fine tune the suspension movements of the lifted vehicle. Also included are the TeraFlex exclusive Rear Spring Retention retainers and guides to allow more axle travel without dropping a spring.

This kit will allow you to run up to a 35” tire (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less are required). Fits all JK Wranglers including Rubicon and Unlimited.

Warning: If planning to use stock wheels, wheel spacers (Part #1055000) must be purchased with this kit.

So what I am thinking... is I can get the RC 2.5'' coil lift with 2.2 shocks, and I can also get their 1.25'' body lift... and I can clear 35's with ease (TF would do it with out the BL as they get more then 2.5'' lift I am told) and then I could also pony up for the Dual Steering Stabilizer bar on top of it and be about the same price as the TF kit ??

what am I missing ?? Should I be getting other stuff that I do not see or that i will need ??

dual steering stabilizer is a waste of money. Get the rear trackbar bracket, disconnects and if you want to get crazy a front adjustable trac bar (not needed) check out this thread:

I already have electronic disconnects... would I need to get rid of them ?? and get manual ones for some reason ?

Rear track bar and front track bar seem like a good idea... but I dont know what they do hahahha

the stablizer should help though right ?? the dual I didnt think was going to be NEEDED but I figured if one is a good investment then two is not that much more and it looks alot better hahaha

I'm running the RC 2.5 progressive rate coil lift, with their 2.2 shocks, and 1.25 body lift. It clears my 35x12.5x17's without any rubbing. If you are going to run the stock wheels, you will need to add 1.5" wheel spacers, or they will rub when turning near full lock. RC can sell you the wheel spacers also. You don't need the steering stabilizer, hang on until the stock one fails, duals look cool, but you only need one. You may also want to extend your rear brake lines, you can do this by adding a set of fence menders for 2 bucks from Home Depot or Lowes. N2Rock had a thread on this. You don't need the adjustable track bars with this kit. Call Ben, you get outstanding customer service, and the JK-forum discount. Good luck!
