Default any true 2.5" lifts

are there any lifts that give you a true 2.5" lift or 3" with nothing xtra?

TeraFlex 2.5 BB....the pucks are right at 2.5"

The Rough Country 2.5" progressive coil lift gets you about 3". This kit will also take the dive out of the front end of the JK.

The OME light/medium load will give 2.5". I f you have an after mareket bumper, you can do what I did and use the light/medium load springs in the back and the HD springs in the front.

TF 2.5" coil gave me 3-3.25" on my 2dr.

Zone 3 inch is pretty close to exact 3 in.
