Default Stock air box VS. Airaid

I have both...should I run one in the summer and one and the winner or should i run one all year? I have had the Airaid CIA in for over a year with no problems what so ever. I was just courious if I should even keep my stock box?

Your thoughts??

I find it's good practice to keep almost all stock parts, just in case. I've bitten on this in the past.

Season change isn't something to concern yourself with if you're worried about your CAI. Water and hydrolocking your motor is.

Run my Airaid full-time, no issues in the winter. You might want to keep your stock box just in case you do a trail run that involves significant water or serious mud, would be smart to throw it back on.

I keep my stock air box around to hold down my back seat in the garage. Seems to work very well and no problems whatsoever. Still sitting exactly where I left them 2 and a half years ago with 60,000 miles on the JK.
