I bought a pair of the hinge mount mirrors. They don't seem to be sturdy when I put them on, perhaps the mounting block is too short? If anyone has installed and can give some help I would appreciate it. Weather is warm, doors are off and I would like to go for a ride without dropping the mirror in the road.

 

I put one on the wifes Jeep last year, I thought it was crap. I bought the rugged ridge mirror relocater in the winter. I am sure I will be happier with them.

I could never get the mirror tight enough. It would always vibrate, so it made it useless.

I have it for sale if anyone wants to buy it.

 

Did it at least stay on?
