Default Steel wheels

Would these work with 35x1250's or would I need a 1.5" spacer? I think I'll need the spacer, too, but not sure.

Anyone else runnin' them?

Not bad. I like the simplistic look.

the only knock i have is that they are more prone to scratches on the trail than the stock moabs....and more noticable because of colour.

Just a thought....

You could get some Cragar Soft 8's for less money and wouldn't have to worry about rubbing because the backspacing would be correct....not to mention they would look alot better.

I wouldn't run 35x12.5 tires on these rims, they are only 7.5 inches wide. Check the manufacturer's web site for recommended rim sizes for whichever brand tire you are looking to run. I can almost guarantee any 35x12.5 tire is going to require at least an 8 inch rim width. I am looking at getting the cragar soft 8's in the 17x9 to run my 35'' km2's. Also it seems kind of silly to buy new rims without the proper backspacing. Spacers make incorrect backspaced rims work but ideally you don't want to have to use them... It'll just be one more thing to maintain.

You'll probably need spacers, those are pretty close to the stock 17" JK wheel size (17 X 7.5, and 44.45mm offset). As for the width, probably a good idea to check the tire manufacturer's recommendations, however there are a lot of JKers running 35's (and even some 37s) on the stock Moabs (7.5" width). Personally if I were going for new wheels/bigger tires I'd go 8" wide (I'd also go 16", but O/T).
